After the grand success of the initial edition, the country’s largest
virtual exhibition and conference -- ‘Virtual Healthcare & Hygiene Expo
2020 -- II’, is being organised from November 23 to 27 with an aim to boost
exports.
The five-day event, organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of
Commerce & Industry (FICCI) with the support of the AYUSH Ministry, is
expected to witness participation of over 1000 international buyers from nearly
120 countries besides over 7000 visitors.
“…Covid-19 is one of the biggest disaster the mankind has ever faced in
recent times, bringing disruption to the human life worldwide. With no vaccine
or treatment currently in place, containment & social distancing has become
the only solution to prevent the spread of highly contagious virus. We at
FICCI are committed to support and help the Indian Business houses,
manufacturers so that they generate business and the exports to gain momentum,”
the FICCI said in a statement.
The focus sectors of the exhibition include AYUSH & Wellness, Pharmaceuticals,
Pharma Machinery & Technology, Medical Devices, Medical Textile, Hygiene
& Sanitization
