Let’s Celebrate Excellence in Indian Medical Value Tourism!
Medical Tourism Magazine is heralding 2023 with a
first-of-its-kind
initiative—Medical Tourism Magazine Awards 2023!
You have done a lot, achieved a lot. Now is pay time! Come, let the world see the commitment and
excellence you brought into Medical Value Tourism in India and share the podium with the country’s
glitterati in the tourism and travel space!
What is Medical Tourism Magazine Awards – 2023 all
about?
It’s about bringing together the shining stars of Medical
Value Tourism, who are now remaining faceless in the
ocean of tourism players in the country.
We wish Medical Value Tourism industry to emerge
and be recognized as an independent segment of the
tourism sector for the many value additions it offers to
the domestic healthcare and hospitality industries and
for the patrons who come to the Indian shores seeking
high-quality healthcare at moderate prices.
Who are the key players here?
Unlike most other nations, India is uniquely placed in
the Medical Value Tourism sector. India is the only
nation in the world where the indigenous and modern
medical systems are part of the mainstream.
India has come a long way in modern healthcare,
setting up some of the best and affordable hospitals
with state-of-the-art facilities in the Global South. The
country’s research outputs are valuable for several
countries that share similar weather patterns and life
habits, demographic characteristics and economic
progress.
India is also home to Ayurveda, the ancient Science of
Life, and Yoga, the art of living a health life, free from
drug-dependence and clinical and surgical
interventions. Supplementing Ayurveda and Yoga are
indigenous systems such as Siddha and Unani, both of
which have evolved through centuries of research by
practitioners spread all over the culturally diverse
nation.
